What should I do if I can't get the Cup out?

To remove your cup, take a deep breath and relax your pelvic muscles. Bear down as if you are making a bowel movement to push the cup downwards. Reach up, and once you feel the base of the cup, pinch the bottom to release the seal. Holding the base of the cup, gently move it side to side, and guide it out. Keep the cup upright to avoid spills.

If you are not able to feel the base of the cup, take a break for 30 minutes and try again. To reduce the risk of TSS, if your cup has been in for more than 24 hours please seek assistance with removal.
