Can you provide more details on the difference between the two absorbencies so I can best estimate my needs?

From a technical perspective,

Light: Less than 6 grams, Regular: 6-9 grams, Super: 9-12 grams, Super Plus: 12-15 grams.

For most women, this doesn’t mean much as we’re not typically measuring our menstrual blood! Therefore, we recommend starting with all Regulars. If you find yourself needing to change them more than once every 4-6 hours during your period, switch up to a combination of Supers and Regulars, or if your flow is very heavy, all Supers. You should always be using the lowest absorbency needed to manage your flow.
